Private Hoyo Claro Cenote Hiking Tour 

This tour starts around 8:30 am when we will pick you up directly from your hotel or condo apartment in a comfortable van or minibus with a/c to make our way to our main destination: the Hoyo Claro cenote. This place is still considered a secret place in the area because is not easy to be found and reached, not even by the local people. It’s located in private grounds and this helps to keep it protected and preserved. Unlike the famous and very crowded Hoyo Azul, Hoyo Claro is still not touristy due to the reason can’t be reached easily, but talking about beauty it has nothing to envy the more popular “cenote brother” Hoyo Azul.

Driving through the Punta Cana highway, after around 10 minutes we will reach a hidden place with no signs around, just outside the main road. Here we will get off the van and start our hiking through a narrow and rocky road well inside the Dominican countryside to start our adventure. It takes around 20-25 minutes to reach the cenote so be prepared for a good walk. On the way to the cenote we will have the chance to observe the lush vegetation typical of the Caribbean island. Once we arrive at our destination it's time to enjoy this natural masterpiece. This beautiful cenote of crystal clear blue waters is perfect for spending a day with family or friends. Take a bath in the refreshing waters and let nature embrace your senses. Enjoy the peace of this corner of paradise while sipping a drink provided by us. We will spend here around 1 hour time.

After the time spent in Hoyo Claro we will walk back to our vehicle to make our way to the BlueMall shopping center, where we will have an ice cream and some free time to explore the mall and its many stores. Around 12:00PM we will leave the mall to make our way back to the hotel.

• There is no toilet available during the stop in Hoyo Claro.
• When bathing in Hoyo Claro do not use protectors or sunscreen, in order not to contaminate the fish.
• For hotels in Uvero Alto we require 10usd extra per person due to the longer distance.

• Enter the cenote only if you are a good swimmer

In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.

Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.

In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.

This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
