Parasailing 

Parasailing is the ultimate eco thrill adventure! Enjoy a bird’s-eye-view of the Punta Cana coast. Fly high above the pristine waters and soar like an eagle. This safe and truly spectacular experience will amaze and delight guests of all ages with breathtaking views of the beaches, turquoise waters and sprawling resorts that line the shore while flying hundreds of feet in the air.

Starting from a sitting position on the back of one of our 'specially equipped! parasail boat, you will be gently lifted into the air. Your exhilarating ride on the wind ends with a gradual descent and soft touch down right back on the boat. Take a go pro camera or buy the pictures/videos made by the staff. Then you can relive your adventure forever! Bring sunscreen, a bathing suit and a sense of adventure.

Hotel Main Lobby. Pick up time will be provided in the email confirmation 3 days before the tour after closing the reservations. If the reservation has been made for a closer date, we will be in touch soon.

Restrictions

• This tour is completely dependent on the wind. In case the weather conditions don’t allow to do the activity we will ask to reschedule or we will provide the refund.
• Minimum age: 3 year old
• Weight Limit: 500 pounds. This is the total weight, not weight per person. The weight limit is in place for safety reasons.
• Pick up is only available for hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. For hotels located in Uvero Alto, Cap Cana and close to the airport this tour is not available.

In case a customer after booking a tour wants to cancel or is not more able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.

Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.

If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstancesm, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.

In case the tour itself is cancelled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose if reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.

This policy DOES NOT apply for large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
